Unsupported file type or size
Which file types InvoiceFlow accepts and how to convert unsupported formats.
Supported formats

File size limit
Maximum file size is 20 MB per upload.
How to convert unsupported formats
Word or Excel invoice:
- Open the file in Microsoft Office or Google Docs/Sheets.
- Go to File → Export (or Download as) and choose PDF.
- Upload the exported PDF to InvoiceFlow.
TIFF image:
- Open the file in any image editor or Preview (Mac).
- Export or save as JPEG or PNG.
- Upload the converted image to InvoiceFlow.
File over 20 MB:
- If the PDF has many pages, split it into smaller files. Most PDF viewers have a "split" or "extract pages" option.
- If it's a high-resolution scan, re-scan at 150 DPI — lower resolution is usually sufficient for extraction and produces smaller files.
